The Old North Inn Hotel, resembling a castle, offers a comfortable stay with modern, clean rooms that some guests have found on the smaller side. Its location a few minutes from Inverness is appreciated by many, as is having a restaurant and pub/bar on site, where guests can enjoy hot, cooked-to-order Scottish breakfast options. While the hotel is conveniently located, a few guests have noted it being situated on a busy road.

a decent stay overall

spacious roomclean bathroomhelpful stafftraffic noisesoft mattressbasic flooring
the room was spacious. i found the bathroom clean with plenty of space. the staff was helpful offering local tips for my trip.
My room faced the road, and traffic noise was noticeable early in the morning. the mattress felt too soft, causing a dip. the laminate flooring in the room felt a little basic. Rugs could improve the comfort.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room. this lack of soundproofing impacted my sleep.
